Also it's a fucking duplex that's less than half the size of my house. Who is gonna live in 650sq ft

When I almost moved to Manhattan it was mind-blowing.
Also 600sq ft would be over a mil if you're buying.

My last place before my wife and I moved in together was a little cabin, a ~350 sq ft studio basically. Talk about cramped. Basically my bed on the side and dining table/kitchen area a few feet away from it lol. It was cool little bachelor pad though.

Had to escape the roommate situation I was in, couldn't stand it anymore and needed my own space.

Money isn't everything but it helps a lot of things. Plus places don't give raises that keep up with the job market like changing jobs does.

What's the minimum down payment these days? 1pct?

Anyone know what tool is needed to remove the red clips from the fuel lines? According to Toyota the clips themselves can’t be purchased alone. You have to buy the whole fuel line.
    Anyone familiar?

Cant man. My backhoe is on my property and I went up there the other day and those fuckers had a whole nest in my console that I keep my toilet paper in. I was so pissed. Had to take a shit and they ate all my fucking TP and fucked up my console. IdK how they even got into it. Its a damn sealed box thing in the sealed cab.
