    I first looked at it on my cellphone where the picture was tiny, after seeing it on a larger screen it appears to be plastic body cladding.

    Those are part of the air design body kit. They sell something for nearly every panel on our trucks. Though the only part they sell that I think looks good is the tailgate spoiler.
