    Just a feeler for now.

These are to change the faux bead lock, accent lip bolt on Method wheels.
    I figured out the size is 5/16"-24 x 1/4"

I have 304 stainless steel button head screws and washers and want to get them powder coated black.
They look cool and won't rust. They'll be much more corrosion resistant than the stock zinc bolts

The bolts and washers cost $36 for 100 (4 wheels).
Powder coating costs $95 as the minimum charge.

It will be cheaper to get more powder coated so I was wondering if anyone else is interested.
We may be able to get the price down to $70-$80 per set of 100 finished bolts and washers.

These normally cost $33 per wheel from Method ($132 for 4 wheels) but they're hex cap bolts. I like the low profile button head screws much better.

I have Method NV wheels but the bolts are the same size as they sell so should work with a variety of Method wheels

Here's what the bolts should like like:

Side note, I also have these Meso center caps and got matching black button head screws to go with (1/4"-20 x 1"). I have an extra set so screws and nuts let me know if you want them.

Did you end up doing the black bolt mod to your NV wheels?

I just put on a set of NV bronze wheels yesterday. So nice!

I’m trying to source the meso center caps. The site says sold out. Do you have any up for grabs?

Those wheels look awesome! Way better with the low profile TRD center caps! I need to get some. Or else I might just have to go for the Method low profile ones.

I also got the bolts/nuts from Home Depot. Paid maybe $20 for all of it.

The ones at home depot are black oxide steel, which will rust very quickly

I ended up finding some already powder coated stainless steel bolts from Route 66 Mods.
The size is actually metric not standard: M8x1.25x10mm. I used thick washers in there too and it fits perfectly.

Pics aren't great but here they are:

Hopefully I can find some powder coated bolts somewhere nearby. Or at least something to match the method beadlock bolts. Got a pretty good selection of small metric bolts at work to choose from too.

I hate that my wheels came with these stainless steel bolts. Anybody know if we can Run the wheels with out the bolts or would it throw the balancing off? I don't want to spend $100+ for black ones. I just spent $150 for the flush centercaps from method if i spend another 100 on beadlock bolts I'm better off buying new wheels lol

Can you remove the bolts with the wheel still on the truck? since they are not a true “beadlock”?

I've thought about it but not sure if it will affect balance
