    Found it: CaRobotor

Super interactive, even to the point where the photo of the vehicle on screen has the lights and fogs turned on/off in accordance with whether or not they're actually on/off. Bunch of other cool features too. Local guy to me installed it in his 2020 4R.

I'd expect they have something for the Tacoma and with the level of customization available on it, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a way to incorporate boost.

I think if you're just trying to get some more power to tow and stuff you're good to go with adding the SC. Many of the guys here are addicted to more HP....ummm....just saying. lol. Also, while you're at it....you should add the new fuel rails that allow even fuel distribution since you'll be at that point. I honestly couldn't be happier with the SC, fuel rails, and Stryker tune. And, btw, it's really, really easy to update your tune. I change mine all the time between stryker and stryker+. It seriously takes longer for the program to boot up than to actually update the tune!

I agree the cost is mind boggling. I had a supercharged '02 and it was 3499 plus tax for the unit. $7K for the unit today, plus tax and install unless you can do it yourself, is hard to swallow, and on top of that you need the Stryker tune as the Mag one is extremely underwhelming. I talked myself into it based on the resale value of the truck (my 2016 looks to be worth close to what I bought it for, 6 years and 80k miles later) and figured the opportunity cost was buying something bigger and more powerful to tow our camper. Buying a new vehicle, paying sales tax on it, etc, helped me close the gap and decide to do it just weighing against other opportunity costs. I'm really glad I did it and think when I do eventually sell it, I should have no problem doing so for a high sale price given it's a very desirable mod.

Yeah, it just depends on what your priorities are. If you need/want the power in a mid-size, it's not a bad option. Some people easily spend that much on suspension/tires/wheels. I'm envious of all the tune options that are available now-a-days to really get the truck running right with the SC. I spent a lot of time talking to 'Gadget' back in the TTORA days trying (before he started URD) to get the TRD SC to run right on the 3.4.

If you get the tune, @mZiggy will make sure you're provided a very thorough set of instructions. But anyone who uses vF will certainly help if need be.

Made my own boost gauge and gauge to monitor my ride-rite airbags. Wanted something small (clean as possible) and didn't want to give up an air vent, etc. Still working on the housings, etc.

Totally. The other thing I forgot to mention is the manual transmission. I can't let it go!

I decided to buy an additional lens for the cluster, Dissect available gauges, and heat mold the important parts in behind the cluster lens. It voided the warranty on the gauges, and took a bunch of hours, But I think it turned out OK.

Truly bad@ss brother! Mind if I ask how long it takes to replace the lens cluster? I might want to go this route also.

YotaWerx provides simple directions for it, but also VFtuner is fairly easy to work with. VFTuner light came as part of the Magnuson kit, so it was prepped up to add their tune (although it isn't intuitive). That's something else magnuson needs to work on. Anyway, VFTuner is a ODBII connection that is used with your personal computer (I use a microsoft surface). Once you get the new tune (say from yw) you download the file to your desktop or wherever. You turn on your truck without starting the engine (two button pushes without pressing the brake) and wait until VFTuner updates and loads (which is the longest part). Then you select flash ecm. It will ask you to select a tune (which then you select the one you downloaded). It will go through it's update in like 2-3 minutes and then tell you to start your engine as part of the full reset. Done!
This is basically from memory, so please don't harass me about what I'm missing.....(to the trolls out there). But, this is the basic process! I'll try to take video next time I do mine also to help.
