Fluid Leak & Hole in Exhaust?

Good evening all,

Looking at another Gen 3 (2019) Tacoma from the east coast and had the dealer send me some pics I wanted to share and get your thoughts. The first appears there either was or is a current fluid leak somewhere. Not sure if the oil drain bolt didn't get seated well and it leaked but can't tell what it is or the point of origin the fluid might be from?

The second is what appears to be a perfect hole in the exhaust system. I've included a close up of the hole for better definition. Do any of your Tacoma's have this hole?

Just want to get as many answers as possible before I make the trek or decide to have the vehicle shipped to me. Thank you in advance!

That's not a hole, it's part of the hanger bracket, which is made of tubing. If you look closely you can see it.

Not sure about the oil leak. Looks like someone tried to drain the oil without dropping the skid all the way, made a mess, and wiped it up.

 

Both items are nothing-burgers

 

Thanks for pointing out the hangar Beer:30. On closer observation, I can now see it! Regarding the fluid, makes sense they could’ve not dropped the skid down far enough to prevent oil leaking on it and it perhaps has seeped through?
