Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well, I did get more done than Monday. Tested the washing machine, and put it back where it goes (I think she is clogging the drain with pocket Kleenex), had to fix the pool pump plumbing; as a little spray she described in the morning actually blew the pipe out of the head, then finally burped the radiator and gave it a new lid. And swapped an umbrella.... more less exciting things today!

Glad to hear everyone doing so well with the Covid this time.

 

Your sheep pic on the porch is a classic. Don't ask me why, I just love it. Looks like the sheep are the residents and they are saying "are you coming to visit our home?"

 

Good day all. We drove by and made a u turn to go back to get the picture. It was to much to pass up. A lot of pictures taken and a lot missed while driving but still a great time.

Good morning fellow Porchatonians!!!

 

Had a productive day in the yard yesterday. Trimmed up quite a bit of our landscaping preparing for fall. Strapped on the backpack blower for the first time since spring for some leaf removal followed up by a full mow. Late afternoon I was out for several hours with a volunteer group I'm a part of. We have an extensive rails to trails system in our area and we maintain them. Our town has provided a Kawasaki Mule for our exclusive use and it's great for material transport. Came home to Mrs. SpruceMica with chicken on the grill and a waiting Manhatten. Looking forward to today's 2-4" of much needed rain. If you're looking for me I'll be on the couch watching old westerns on GRIT.

 

My mom liked Manhattans. I tried them and the first one was brutal, did not like the taste all that much, the second was ok but the third one made me a fan of the cocktail.

Supposed to rain today, all day. Going to put the umbrella up over the smoker, smoking a bacon wrapped turkey breast today. Other than that, not much happening.

Good Moring Porch Pals & Sue! Yup. more putz got done. Fixed the solar on the greenhouse pumps, checked the truck coolant again (burp & cap seems to have done it), seared a rib-eye, and had the AC outside unit quit again last night. Guys will be over between 10-12.

 

Pressure washing shit for the change over..
Pulled the winch off and installing connector for aux led lights.
Will measure total amp usage before I finalize the install.

 

How about 7 then?
I will not be defeated.

We need it to cool down like promised, because, FML! AC guy came and replaced the bypass valve bypass he temped in, that died last night. So, replace the part, finds a bad wire and replaces, checks the others - works fine until 7PM.
I think our outdoor unit is scared of the dark.
