    The powers at be decided that my company is not profitable so are spinning it down. But the current IT and Maintenance companies have no idea how to maintain the systems we installed and so i am being moved into a new position under the maintenance company. This is a win as its better pay, better hrs, company truck and tools. Also we were going to renew our lease but the opportunity to move into my grandmother's house as shes moving to a retirement home was too good to pass on. On top of that she's offered to sell us the house for not even ⅓ current market value.
