Breaking down on another vibe thread after it feels like I've reviewed every thread on this subject. I do most work myself with exception of the rear wheel bearings. Hoping to get some pointers as next places to look, at a loss at this point. I've never owned a vehicle with such a poor driving experience.

    Symptoms:
    • Buzzy vibration when accelerating felt in pedal, wheel and floor. Vibration is very fine, not like an out of balance wheel. More prominant with more throttle, smooth coasting.
    • 45mph turns into a pulsing in wheel (not wobble) Happens in gear and in nuetral, more prominant while decelerating/coasting so seems specific to speed not rpm comes on again at 25mph. If i drive at 45 mph will pulse consistently until past that speed range at any throttle
    • Appears to lug like a MT at low throttle in lower gears (2-3), increased throttle triggers gar shift and removed lugging. Overall just sloppy shifting after owning manuals for the last 10 years.
    • Excessive vibration stopped in gear at lights etc. in seat/wheel
    • Not sure if seperate, moving wheels while jacked up at 9/3 o clock gives a repeatable clank like a mallet on thin metal, could these symptoms be from tie rods?
    • All symptoms present in 2wd and 4wd
    2013 DCB SR5 78,000 miles - purchased July 22 no lift/modifications
    Already Replaced Below
    • Center support bearing -toyota *crunching/torn/excessive play
    • all u-joints -spicer *done while doing above
    • Spark plugs, cleaned maf/throttle body *preventative
    • Rear wheel bearings (both)
    • Front wheel bearings (both)
    • ECGS bushing - excessive play
    • New Michellin LTX M/S stock size 3x rotate and balance thinking tires could be culprit
    • Inspection of suspension seems good with exception of above note regarding clank

    Added after your comment
^ Added after your comment for thoroughness. Tough to pinpoint but "centered" ie: if I wiggle the right or left wheel it sounds equal in distance from center of the truck. Cannot locate exact location but happens from both wheels.
