I installed @oostroma 's BDRM - needed a better way to handle the weight of the Course Motorsports' powered phone mount in order to eliminate the vibration I got from their mount. The installation instructions or excellent and easy to follow. The mount itself is top notch quality and at a great price - highly recommend it if you're looking for a RAM mount.
    IMG_9340.jpg

I was hoping that a standard USB port would provide sufficient power to run the mount (it self-closes when you put the phone in the cradle) but it isn't sufficient to power the motor. So, I'm back to working out the power issue - probably just going to tap off the cigarette lighter.

How about a front camera? If so how did you handle?

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
What kind are those? I'm generally not an LED tail fan but those I like.

I imagine one on the roof would be convenient for working on the underside of the truck. However the working load specs on them seem quite low.

I have recently been working with a seller on eBay to make this custom decal. The truck is a ‘22 SR5 4x2 MGM with matte black decals and badges. As a Tacoma owner now (about a year) I was reading more and more about a Pre-Runner and what they are all about. Being my taco Was built after Toyota stopped making the Pre-Runners and mine being a 4x2 that looks like it would be a 4x4, I thought it would be a nice tribute and a little Easter egg for other Tacoma owners to call it a “Post-Runner”. Let me know what you all think!E476C9E6-EDAF-48B9-8B6C-FD98A445CA56.jpg

Nothing but a wash and wax today. Bilstein 5100's go on Monday. Speaking of which. What's the best for level? Notch 3 or 4? I see so many different answers. 20221015_102911.jpg

On my Sport I installed mine at 0.85 and installed rear 5100's. I was very happy with the level. Clip position 2 I beleive (1=0, 2=0.85, etc).2018_07030010.jpg

Vent to let heat out, also a positive pressure for the dusty roads.

Dumped the Tacoma, that's all it needed.
Removed all the badges and stickers, and the drivers side rear seat.

I’ll get the sound deadening in on that area soon and then start designing the seat delete.

Thanks man! I went with 285/70r17 Wildpeaks. I did also have the shop do a CMC while they were working on the truck.

Front camera is aftermarket plug and play, I just drilled a hole into the grille and mounted it. Does not effect the sensors performance.
