He said he adjusted it as far as it would go, he didn’t charge me anything for the adjustments.

    Well he lied to you
The sheet shows he did nothing
He didn’t even set your toe

An alignment isn't going to change the distance between the tire sidewall and the spindle. Only a bent spindle or severely worn bearing can do this:

    no I agree
But he doesn’t know that’s the problem and even a bent knuckle won’t matter if the bearing is good and there’s enough movement to get a good alignment
The tire to knuckle distance doesn’t necessarily mean anything if it can be aligned

OP appears to have a 2.5"+ lift with King coilovers and stock UCAs. No way for caster and camber to be in spec at the same time.

    Yup
    I know this game
He swept it and saw it was going to be a lot of work then decided not to proceed.
Or he swept it and shook it down and it’s a rattle trap so he knew it wouldn’t make a difference
Either way I wouldn’t go shopping for a new knuckle without more info

Ok I got it up on the jack and there is no play in the wheel at all. (Edit) at the time of taking it to the shop I didn’t know my spindle was bent and was hoping it was an alignment issue. I’m not proficient in the terms shown on the sheet either.

No frame shop would do that. Heating bending and reusing suspension parts is a big no no. They get replaced.

It needs a knuckle. Any alignment adjustments performed before the knuckle gets replaced are worthless. The tech likely knew this so he didn't do anything.

    so what was the problem?
What was the behavior the truck has that you wanted fixed?

There are people who will be worried
But honestly based on that alignment sheet both fronts are out of whack
So I’m not overly worried about the knuckle yet
If you properly shook it down and everything is tight then what’s the issue?
If the knuckle is super bad then it’ll wear your tires funny
But that’s gonna happen anyway with those numbers
    Maybe not even that bad
You don’t have pre 5mph rock impact numbers so in all likelihood the high mileage heavily moded suspension has had these issues for a while

If all this is true I’d drive it till I could get it reworked
And I’d look for an alignment tech who’s willing to try to help sort it out.

Well it drove straight before the impact and it didn’t have a camber. Post impact I have to drive with the steering wheel turned to the right a decent amount and it rides different. I had my alignment done at a shop that I trust with all my heart. The only reason I didn’t go to them is because they are closed on weekends. Every mechanic or person with a mechanical mindset who has seen it in person has told me my knuckle is bent. I can also see different patterns in the dust on the tread when I drive it on my flat concrete pad.

If you’ve got drivability issues and it absolutely can’t be helped with alignment
And you don’t have much money
Then I’d order a knuckle off eBay for $90
And swap it in your driveway
Then you’ll still need it aligned

Ok. I know each company makes them slightly different, that won’t affect anything right?
