    He's only covering around 15-20 guys on 1st shift.
    Our department has 3 supes, each over different areas/cells on 1st. 2nd has 1, and 3rd has 1.
    I asked my old supe how hard his job was, and he said the hardest thing is finding everyone. But they barely make a sliver over what we make.

    That'll be me on the first. Though not hobbling. Probably blowing my nose a bunch. Getting sinus surgery on the 28th. Hopefully I can breathe normally for the first time in 31 years.

    Shouldn't be too bad. 30 minute outpatient. Gotta have tubes in till the 31st for drainage. Then it's just heal time. Bet I'll feel like I got socked by Mike Tyson.

    That's all budgeted in to the price of my products and services. What's another hundred or so when I'm already paying $400-$500 a month.

    Plus it will still be cheaper then paying rent for an industrial space with 3 Phase available.

    People get so twisted about asbestos... as long as it's contained, it's perfectly safe, and it's still one of the most effect materials for insulating that type of thing.
