that was the plan... with a large group, it makes it much easier and less impact on the area. i'll see if i can get them a bit closer to the camping area this year.. nice to have them closer, but you don't want them too close either.

Great. If you need someone out there for the drop I can be there early this year.

I was in Moab first weekend in Oct and there nightly storms with heavy rain (along with the accompanying weather alerts and flood warnings), during the day it was beautiful. There were some videos posted on youtube about Kane Creek being cleaned out daily of 2-3 mud for some of the crossings. Have a blast!

Like @WarFab Armor said, one more week!

Little video of my first time going last year, for those who are bored at work and/or sitting on the toilet.

Besides coyote, anyone else know where they are wheeling this trip? I’d love to hit some low end hard things. Already done hells revenge, TOTH, poison spider, and other. Love to hit similar or a little harder trails.

Cliffhanger for sunset would be quite the view, and a fun climb back up the obstacle in the dark

Probably gonna depend on how much pre Moab dicking around happens at the shop that’ll impact our arrival time on Thursday

we're now looking to get out there Wed afternoon.. had some meetings pop up that we couldn't reschedule..

if anyone gets out there early and sees an issue with the main camp spot, let me know so we can adjust if needed..

we usually aim for the area #1 in the pic.. with the backup of #2. #1 gives us good locations for the toilets and a lot of options for those with trailers with a variety of camp spots. when you get in through the fence, keep going back and to the left for a nice spot for trailers, or just past the split to the right, there's a nice spot for campers as well. this is public lands, so not everyone who camps back there is with us, but if they have a toyota, chances are they're with us... or will be involuntarily.

I'll be driving the Kokopelli trail to Moab with two others starting from the trailhead Thursday morning, and will be staying in Moab until next Wednesday if anyone is lingering around/wants to drive the KKP into Moab over a few days.
