    Our first morning @ 32...

    I've noticed my already poor cold tolerance has gotten worse over the last few years, to the point where there are stretches where I never feel warm. Trying some cold shower therapy and keeping the thermostat a little lower to see if it helps my body adapt...

    I get like that sometimes too and I always preferred it cool to cold. I guess the blood just doesn't circulate like it used to to the extremities as we age. :(
