Hey everyone, I bought a black 2012 Tacoma DCSB with 172k miles. It is completely stock. It is in good condition mechanically. It has a minor scratches on it that are not deep, and 2 small dings in the driver door. Other than that it is in perfect condition. Everything works perfectly on it. I am considering selling it. I had bought it with the intention of building it how I wanted, however I have had a couple of things come up where I am now considering selling it and getting a small car. I have a surgery coming up and need to be able to put money into that. I will still need a vehicle, so will likely buy an older/smaller car and drive that for about a year. Anyways, what would you say would be a fair price for the truck on facebook marketplace? KBB has it a bit lower than everything else I see on FB. Please let me know. Located in the North East if region has any influence on the price.

I also am in University, so with the unexpected surgery I really can not afford the truck payments as I have been able to do without issue until now.

You're gonna have to post pictures.
Also has the truck lived in NH it's whole life? I only say that because when I was looking for a Tacoma and I looked up north of me in Vermont, NH, Maine. They were priced a couple of grand less compared to other parts of the US.
Which is probably because of the rust issue.

There’s not way to give a good estimate with out pictures.
And even then, pictures only help so much.

You didn’t say when you bought, but if it were recently, maybe that would be a good general idea of what it is worth.

It’s all about how it’s maintained. People look for that. If you didn’t maintain the vehicle, if it has rust, your probably going to have a tough time.

The truck was in MA before, I bought it only a few months ago. I'll post some pictures later, don't have any on my laptop and am currently in class. The truck has no rust at all, the frame was not replaced, but repaired by Toyota and had a new undercoating sprayed on before I bought it.

I bought it about two months ago before I had any idea I needed surgery. I will post pictures later.

Frame was not replaced but repaired? What does the mean?

If the frame is rust free I would say around 17k.
