Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

It's doing ok. Came back to work yesterday, but staying out of the plant and just working from my desk for this week.
It feels super weird walking up and down stairs. Almost a sloshy feeling.

 

All done but the final adjustment and put the seat back in.

My body feels like after that first football game of the season no matter how hard you practice the game is just different.

At least my ears don`t hurt that is about all.

I now wish I had kept that hot tub I fixed it would feel so good.

 

Unfortunately I have no means to do so.

As of right now, I feel absolutely fine. Just emptied the dishwasher and all the ups and downs didn't bring on any dizziness.

FYI, most of the brands give away free glucose test meters with 0-15 free test strips (they want you to use their brand). Even purchased, they’re still typically reasonable. Consider this for just knowing about yourself or helping diagnose. Keep a spare sharp available in case it is needed for someone else (you don’t want to share). I’ve had one for near 10 years and routinely use it, BP cuff, pulse/oxymeter, and thermometer to provide insight to doctors over the phone. Those four items are obtainable for $60-100 (maybe less)

 

No ear issues, no sinus pressure, etc.

Told my wife and she asked if I'd eaten. I said no and she said that was probably it.

A few more hours later and I still feel fine so I'm considering it a one off.

When I was a kid, I used to get out of bed, take a half dozen steps, then hit the ground for a couple minutes. Dr.’s couldn’t figure it out & eventually it went away.
Closest thing I had lately was a sinus infection paired with a high speed elevator at work. That one put me on strange street for sure.

Before we had kids and when my wife was still working nights in the ER, she called me at home and asked if I'd be willing to pick up some cappuccinos for some of the nurses. She told me because it was freezing outside that I could just come in the ambulance garage. When I got there, 4 nurses came running out, one with a wheelchair, assuming that I was bringing them their next emergency. They went and raided the doc's lounge to get me some cookies.
