There's actually a female rider I'm friends with, motorcycle safety instructor and IBR finisher who rides BMW GS1200 and the first thing she does when she takes delivery of her new bike is to push it over in the parking lot! Seriously! Says she'd rather just get it over with cause that way it's the only time it'll happen.

this is proof that the female is in fact crazy by nature...

I was always under the impression that if you drop your helmet and nick it, it needs to be replaced.

When i bought my XSR last year, I dropped it on the test ride :anonymous: was a fresh rider, and had just completed my MSF course. Took it around the neighborhood, came up to a stop sigh that was cresting a hill, and turning right. balance was off and very slowly tipped it over onto the right side, scratched up the outside edge of the brake lever and the exhaust but barely noticeable.

That one hurt my ego a bit lol.

this is often an overreaction, much like the old ATGATT thing...

nicked paint from a drop and actually compromising structural integrity are not the same. IMHO

ATGATT? I know I'm calling up bad juju, but I have yet to drop one of my helmets. The one bad wreck I had......just had on a swimsuit and nothing else

Those are just "Bbba" teeth. My mom thought it'd be funny

I was 21 in 2000 acting like a complete asshole. We were at the lake for Memorial Day weekend. I took off on the YZ125 to ride the fresh asphalt in the neighborhood. I was going around a right hand sweeper when the bike started to slide. I thought I'd be able to slide the bike out from under me, but the rear nub caught and highsided me. Last thing I remember was going in the air and grabbing both sides of my head. Apparently I hit head first, then dug my shoulder in and rolled over and slide on my back.

It's not too bad to be honest. The screen and fairing make a world of difference. As long as you're not cruising at 70 all the time, the vids aren't bad.
Yeah, it hurt like hell

ya you got a point sadly there isnt much option for the klx/drz in that market so im kinda sol to make it comfy for a longer trip... plus the low seat by seat concepts is okay tbh ill be getting the comfort one next for long rides and my low one for actual dirt stuffs

i mean ya it looks like it lmao

    Evening all,

Wanted to join in the fun. Been riding since 1984, I think. Have a long list of bikes. My favorite of all time was the RZ350.

Anyway I have been on a search for a new ride after years of no bike. It took 3 tries in the last 3 months and a lot of cheddah but I got my bike. I will say sport bikes are hard to find right now in NC.

I started with a used R6 that was ragged out. Got the dealer to take it back. I had an order with Aprilia for an RS660 but it was months out. I ended up buying a GSX-s 750 while I waited. I then came across my current bike in SC and wanted it.

Presenting my ‘22 GSXR 600. I had a ‘94 and loved it. So far it has carbon fiber (plastic apparently is carbon fiber to Suzuki) seat cowl, Yosh R77D street, bar end sliders, adjusted the rear sets back and removed passenger pegs, fender delete, and tank protectors.

Future is quick shifter, intake upgrade, power commander, and new graphics. I am going to wrap lower fairings in film.

Might be an individual agent thing. My agent asked for pictures of my truck when I added it, but the moto policy is underwritten by a different company and they didn’t ask for it.
