Any reason why the OEM is for 2022 only? Has anyone tried to install it on a 2021 or older?

Pretty much yes to all your questions- they’ll auto save if your car takes a hit, records movement, even record speed and location if you get one with GPS. You can program them and turn on or off the features you want also.

Damn, the more browsing I do on these forums, the more my wallet starts hurting. Had no clue they offered oem dash cams.

    Curious about this as well.

I also just removed the OEM / Integrated and am curious if the harness in the headliner is already there, and if so on what trims / years.

I ordered a BlackVue, and if I can wire it into the same harness, that might save a lot of headache.

There was nothing wrong with it, it just isn't very good IMO. Couldn't pick up on license plates unless they were RIGHT in front of me and barely moving. Ended up going with the BlackVue 4k 2-CH and love it.
Also, checked a 23 Pro that didn't come with the OEM camera, and it did not have the harness pre-installed.
