    I get a lot of use out of the primitive axle and wheels I added to my vise stand. Tires are slightly off the ground until I pull it back towards me to roll it somewhere else.

    I am guessing it was Mrs Kwikvette that talked you into not making the garage bigger or maybe you were already at the limit of space you could use.

    No has ever said Dam my garage/ shop is to big!!

    I use brake drums and rotors as bases for stands .

    :rofl:

    Opposite, she's only encouraged me.

    She suggested I be a stay at home dad, and focus on doing stuff from home actually since I'm basically retired.

    Finally had time to buy some hardware for mounting my vise.

    Too busy to chop off the top and make it smaller so for now, I'll have it set up for bending rod.

    I don't correct people online, but it does bother me a tad when I see someone use an adverb as a preposition and vice versa.

    Anyway, here's a pic to get back on topic :rofl:

    That's another, but one I see used interchangeably by some is "farther" and "further"

    Then = time/tense
    Than = comparison

    PS:

    your = possessive
    you're = you are

    I wasn't so much poking at you as I was continuing the previous grammar correction joke

    Little rod bender is convenient!

    Multiple die sizes allow for tight or wide bends.

    "RPM's" and "I'm going to lathe that part" are particularly nails-on-chalkboard for me. LOL.

    Figured I'd offer it here before just going with someone like sendcutsend....but any of you guys with a plasma table want to make some simple parts for me? Pretty simple triangle piece out of 1/4" (3/16 would probably work too) with two "slots" and one hole. Basically whats in the picture

    If someones interested let me know and we can talk. Would need 8 of them total. Side lengths are 4" for reference
