    Just made myself an omelette. I thought y’all might want the recipe. It’s really good…

    Quick And Easy Microwave Omelette

    Break two eggs into a bowl
    Add a teaspoon of water. Salt & pepper to taste
    Stir it all up together
    Spray a plate with Pam or something similar
    Microwaveable paper plate will do
    Pour the mixture in and cover tightly with Saran Wrap
    Microwave on high for 2 minutes (1000watt)

    Be careful. The steam will be hot when you remove the Saran Wrap.

    I add chopped green chilies to the mixture. You can add shredded cheese, potatoes, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, onions, peppers, sour cream or whatever. Just fold it over and pour Pace Picante sauce on it. Yummy :hungry:
