let it sit in the sun some will fade over time. If you are going to use tire shine, make sure you wash your tires really good before appling and only use a water-based tire shine like Adam's VRT and don't glob it on.
water based do not last as long but they also won't ruin your paint like petroleum based and are dry to the touch. Be careful to what "professional" detailer you let buff and compound on your car. the tire shine in some instances i have seen is deep in the clear coat. sorry, this happened.

I was gonna mention that. Just like those yellow bee poop stains on white paint (which cannot be removed by clay bar or wax) it will fade over time.

You shouldn't need any compound and please do not use anything acidic or a magic eraser. Easy trick is a heavy wax with natural carnuba. Best product for things like this. Works great on these issues and stuff like the residue left behind after a badge/sticker removal. If this is not quite getting it, try a clay bar with clay lube. Then go over it with a natural carnuba wax. Rubbing compounds by hand or machine will just push the issue deeper into your clear coat. Magic erasers and acidic compounds will eat away at clear coat which will eventually ruin it.

In the future, to prevent this, DO NOT SPRAY DRESSING OR TIRE SHINE DIRECTLY ON TIRES! Try a soft bristle brush for off-road tires or foam applicator for most other tires.

Oh crap. That’s what those are? We have a ton of bees and I find them on my tacoma all the time… try and wipe them off right away but don’t always catch them

I appreciate everyone telling me to not use the spray but that's a little late now, lol. Not like im ever going to use this garbage ever again

I threw that fucking armor all directly into the trash can. Never again. No where on the can does it give a "this will permanently damage your paint" warning. Id love to go visit armor all in person.... lol. Keep giving me the same advice about iso alcohol, bunch of dickheads

    FINAL REPORT:

    1) McGuires clay bar kit took out the few larger marks on the paint on the door. (whew)

    2) Brought it to a local family company who has been detailing cars in Ventura since 1996.
Kid came out with a compound, wax and handheld buffing machine. He worked on the bumper, the wheel wells, basically anywhere with SMOOTH plastic.
    Sure enough? Shit came off!

    3) As for the stains on that plastic 'film' that is on some parts of the very 'bottom' of the vehicles paint job.... Ill be headed into toyota to have that 'film' replaced.

    4) FINAL issue we have NOT figured out.... Getting the stains off of that "textured" stuff at the very bottom is a big question mark right now. Buffing nor the clay bar worked. Plus i notice that texture stuff is somewhat soft... guess its like a blown plastic? This could be the one spot im screwed in.

The guy who checked it out explained that this is caused by dirt and tire grime being mixed with the spray. The ceramic adheres to the grime on the outside of the tire AS OPPOSED to holding it onto the tire.

Hence why even after 2-3 hours it flung up onto my paint after driving... No amount of time would of helped the drying process... because it was a soup of tire grime and ceramic spray. There is a chemical reaction with road grime and the ceramic spray which is why the marks seem like they are now just part of the paint.

Since this event has had me on the edge of beating a random citizen to death, I figured i'd give an update so if this happens to anyone else you know there is some hope!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll probably avoid tire shine like the plague now, but i usually apply with a sponge and then do a secondary dry wipe after that for good measure so there's usually never enough to fling. This white Toyota paint is a fickle as hell. I'm going to have to hit it with a few coats of Zymol this weekend to make sure it's got some protection on it.
