Many years ago we had a guy buy a Prowler.
We were told not to drive it on the road.
He picked it up with a flat bed with extremely hi insurance.
Towed it to his house, got it off the truck, and put it in a special garage spot.
The last I knew, it was still there and never started. He took the plugs out of it and filled it with oil
And turned it over by hand once or twice a month.
Lost a lot of fun time cause they never went real crazy with price increase

You've seen the photo evidence of how I drive my Tacoma. I'd enjoy and use the hell out of that car. Sure it would hurt the resale value, but you don't buy that vehicle if you're concerned about resale.
