I do not think that I am going to be wearing this, but it will look good on my front-mounted zombie!

I seen a guy with one of those hand prints on each side mirror today while pumping gas.
I was going to take a pic for you, but I didn’t want to seem like a creep just taking random pictures of a truck at the gas station.

Which was the first vehicle I ever owned.
    1986 model. Eddie Bauer edition
I have no idea what the Eddie Bauer edition included.
I just know that’s what it was.

Fords with the Eddie Bauer trim were always fully loaded and overpriced. One of my dad's Navy buddies bought a brand new Ford Explorer in like 1993-1994, and looked at the Eddie Bauer, but decided not to buy it because in his opinion "that truck should have my name on it if they are going to charge that much." He ended up getting a fully loaded XLT. The Bronco, Bronco II, Expedition, F150, and even the Aerostar minivan were available with Eddie Bauer trim at some point. I believe that Ford stopped making Eddie Bauer vehicles in like 2010...? The 2006-2010 Explorer was definitely available as an Eddie Bauer...

My buddy had a Ranger back in the mid 80's with those same wheels and center caps.

A great idea, secondhand stores are a bonanza. Though IDK, I like the dresses idea too..

I gotta think a secondhand store could be cheaper. We made most of our Halloween costume a few years ago that way..I wore a suit that I already had.

Here is same 1993 Mitsubishi Delica L300 that I saw at SteelStacks last May. Once again, the Delica is presently one of my dream vehicles; I drove two of them last February, and I was in love. I would prefer Toyota to Mitsubishi, but the Delica has more of a cult following than the comparable Toyota HiAce, and parts are much easier to come by in America. The Delica was sold in the United States as the Mitsubishi Van from like 1986 to 1990, and though very few were sold, some do survive and it is easy to find certain parts. The 4WD Delica shares a lot of parts with the Montero, so those parts are also readily available.

Most L300s from the early 1990s until 1998 came with a 2.8L turbodiesel 4-cylinder, but gas-powered models like this one are out there. The 2.4L 4-banger in this van is the very same engine used in Mitsubishi Eclipses of the same era, and also easy to find parts for. Strangely enough, this van does not have OBD at all. It is fuel-injected and has warning lights, but there is no OBD system. The L400 was available with the 2.4L Eclipse engine, the 2.8L Turbodiesel, or the same 3.0L V6 that can be found in numerous USA-spec Mitsubishi models (and certain Chrysler minivans). I drove a 1996 L400 with the 3.0L and it accelerated like you would expect 4WD 1990s minivan with maybe 160hp to accelerate. It kept up with Philly traffic just fine, but it almost felt like it was slower than my Tacoma. The guy at DelicaUSA slapped a dealer plate on the van and handed me the keys without checking under the hood first. Unbeknownst to either of us, the radiator hose was busted and there wasn't much coolant in the engine; I made it all the way to Bensalem before it overheated. The owner of DelicaUSA took full responsibility and said it wasn't my fault, as he should have inspected that van first; I would be amazed if the head in the van didn't get warped.

The owner of this van told me that he prefers 2.4L gas L300s because they have slightly more power and are more durable for driving on American highways. He also told me that people have blown up the turbodiesel engines by pushing them too hard on the highway; I drove a 1996 L300 with the 2.8L turbodiesel, and it barely did 70 MPH. The speedometer was actually in kilometers because it was from Japan, but I later determined that the van topped out at about 68 MPH.
