the usual. Still trying to wake up

 

I came in for an extra shift....wish I had stayed home Come on 3p

 

I need an extra shift lol. But im on salary and this isnt that type of job sadly lol. I do get 6 month bonuses but its not unti FEB. Come on FEB!

 

We use to get yearly bonuses and could cash out our ETO and full price. Since the last CEO retired, no bonuses and ETO cash out is 50% of the value.

So much staff left to travel once Covid hit b/c they didn't want to pay....they dug a 36 million hole having to pay travel crews to come in and work. That then pissed off more staff....so they left too

 

Dang what a pile of shit lol

 

Yeah, upper management has a bad problem on their hands right now. If I didn't have such great insurance for my beetus......I'd damn sure look elsewhere.

I woke up Saturday after fighting a high blood sugar all night. I went home at 9a leaving them with no help. Years ago, I would have worked through it b/c I liked to cash out my ETO and buy something completely unneeded......not anymore. They force us to use it, so I'm not hanging around if I don't feel good..........................they have gotten the employee that they want.

 

The things I see on Facebook and they got me for posting this, apparently I may be going through a tough time and need help

I cant even call someone a troll on Instagram that is trolling a whole page of ppl telling him to leave. Its bad

 

I wonder how sad the lives are of people that complain about fucking shit like that.

Awesome, I will say once you get them installed a new problem arises........................ I now have too many options for mounting lol. I literally moved my phone mount every time I have gotten in my truck since yesterday at lunch

 

ppl just dont know how to take a joke anymore and are too quick to find a money grab.

 

It's good they have someone looking I guess, just funny to me the things they do.

 

I watched them, and never once tried to paint a tunnel on a mt or drop TNT of a cliff

It's truly sad.....and it takes away from people that are true pieces of shit. If you throw certain words around on EVERYTHING, people get desinsitized to them.
