Gravy sounds good, celiacs not so much

I would go all over Las Vegas casino/hotels looking for B&G and always ended up disappointed. Either they didn't have them or you had to drowned them in tabasco to kill the kindergarten paste taste. Disneyland and Disneyworld too. Just have to find a mom and pop place up in the mountains or the good 'ol SIL I guess?

 

Or move back to Texas?

 

I used the leftover rib meat from Sunday to make some sliders on toasted rolls (I don't remember the kind, but they were tasty!), with fries of course:

 

I knew there was something buried in the bottom of the freezer and I thought it was a lasagna.

Turns out it was eggplant parmesan.

I finally bought a Blackstone Grill .... to try to develop some griddle skills.

Just boxed it and any hints before I use it for the first time?

Also, what is the best oil to season it ?

Any ideas and/or suggestion are appreciated.

Lol not trying to be a smartass but this might be a good place to start
Also I definitely wouldn’t buy their oil….I think the technique is more important than the actual oil type

 

GF threw a recipe at me yesterday for dinner.
I present Creamy Tuscan chicken.

 

I can't help but read that as gluten free instead of girlfriend.

Air fryer chicken tenders & Fries. I thawed 'em, then put a little salt & pepper on them. Then, into the egg-wash and dipped in Panko crumbs (I added garlic powder). 15mins @ 400 degrees (10 on one side, 5 on the other).

They came out SO tender and full of flavor. With honey mustard & ranch to dip 'em in.

...^^^... I am learning to do the same thing with Costco Panko shrimp and frozen fries ... it takes the fries a bit longer to get brown.

You guys ever do something horrible but not regret it. Wife brought home a hot dog from the farm the kiddos wouldn't eat so... gauc sauce, a lot of cheese, mayo, and hot sauce in a tortilla. Don't judge me
