I too get a nasty reaction to penicillin. All the "normal" antibiotics are off limits to me. I wind up getting some weird antibiotics cause of this

Sunny side up basically. But if you call them sunny side up in Pittsburgh you're gonna be asked to get the Hell outta the restaurant

 

Fried Eggs, warm runny center. It hits a lot different when cooked on cast iron while camping, not sure why. Maybe its the seasoning on the iron. Bacon first then the eggs.

So heres a different take on eggs, growing up we ate a version of this called "Migas" you look it up and theres tons of recipes but this is closest version i make, i use flour tortillas. And salsa with side of refried beans. Flour tortillas dont take more than 2 minutes to brown. Quick easy different breakfast

No, dippy eggs are over easy eggs.

I order them over medium when at a restaurant, but the normally come out over hard. Which is I do cook them over medium at home though.

And a 4 minute hard boiled egg is where it's at!

 

i ate at bob evans here and asked for my over med eggs on top of my biscuits and gravy....guess its a cardinal sin here or at least at Bob Evans...waitress says "we dont do that here" in a snooty tone....

 

My daughter loves over easy eggs, she calls them slimy eggs though
