It really is, when you think about it. Amazon slowly absorbs them into their company pod houses, pays them in food and shelter and moderate health care, and then inflation is free to come down for the hundred thousand or so with net worths above $10m

Yea tons of earnings beats because of inflation. Not sure how anyone in financials is taking that too seriously knowing the value of that money is so different from previous quarters, especially a couple years ago. I guess it'll just take more time to come around than i'm thinking. Some bombs from big players as far as guidance like walmart

 

For that to be the case, it means they are still making sales despite inflation.

Or they have price-corrected well.

Either way, more money than expected.

 

But did the # of expected money also increase due to inflation or was that # based on normal projection but the price increases of goods with inflation meant they beat

 

Companies determine guidance in proprietary fashion. Not really possible to answer this consistently.

There may be something to tease out looking at companies that beat internal guidance vs independent estimates, vs both.

 

Same, $4.20 to $4.80 for me, I've done it a couple times this week. If it dips early with some volume right after again, I may do it again.

 

that's perfect. I actually thought it was completely done on Monday, sold off everything I had left on the way down (except around 300 moon shares, out of principle) and planned to wait and buy some more when it dropped under a dollar. Maybe there is something to it. Or maybe these other youtube/pumper folks have enough supporters to keep the price up and moving around for now. I don't really care, as long as it keeps doing what it has been up and down, I'll keep day trading it for now. I've been setting a ton of alerts to act as a manual stop loss, .20 drop and sell to minimize the exposure.

I may or may not have exercised my warrants too . It only took a few messages with E-trade and they say they initiated the requests, so we'll see if they come in while the price is still up. I only had 123 of them, so not a huge loss if not, but if so, maybe 100% gain fairly quickly.

 

If you have copies of those messages can you PM them to me? They're giving me the run around saying that I need to fill out some form. I just need to talk to the correct person it seems?

 

I'll send you what I have... The first chat the guy said it was not possible to transfer in any OTC stock. Then I just went and submitted an online request to transfer assets (I think under forms/documents, go down to transfer, and it is the last one) and waited for them to message me. They told me since they were in certificate form they had to be done by mail, with an original form, etc... I just told him the transfer agent said it could be done if Etrade initiated a DWAC request (or whatever the instructions from liberty were) and he said ok, sure, and initiated it.

I'll shoot you a PM though on the messages.

Good luck! I am going in at 4.50. then see if it fills and will be out at 5.00. I think it is going to take more of a dive and shoot back up this afternoon. But then again its all just gambling.
