What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

The gauge cluster will be last probably, it doesn't work at all. It just pops up every single message that there is some system malfunctioning so if any one wants a list of how many there are lemme know haha but I'm finishing the set up for my dodge now which I think has turned out quite nicely.. but that'll be the configuration I go with but retain the factory dash. The dodge interior is 100% my creation

 

They say change it back to 0w20 at next 5k interval.

 

I would have liked to put those in but unfortunately my SR5 didn't come with the cutouts from the factory. Not sure if it's even pre wired for it without those.

My 2021 SR5 was wired for it. It was plug and play when I pulled the filler plates off.

 

Mine doesn't even have the filler plates :/

I am....not sure. I kinda like the wrap around LED strips better though and I found the same one without red for 75$ so I'll be grabbing that.

its charges too slow
phone get too hot like really hot
phone has to be in just the right spot, hit a bump and it stops

i use a lighter plug in with a usb c port and usb c cable and it charges "4 times" faster and phone doesn't get hot

 

2018s did not come with the prewiring for bed lights. I bought the Matt Geko Led strips. Work great.

 

I like mine and use them all of the time, but the indirect lighting from the Geko setup is probably better because it doesn't blind you looking back in the bed.

 

Flattening the hills and straightening the curves. Looks awsome.

 

Here’s where I grounded mine. No need to use the self tapping screw on any metal parts. Just replace the round ring connector to fit in the bolt.

 

Where are these filler plates you speak of?

 

Installed these one-touch auto up/down window harnesses. Can't believe this isn't a factory feature (like it is on our 2014 Prius), but I'm glad to have it now. Super easy install and smooth buying experience.

 

Installed @MESO stealth pro knob for ECT and garage door. I soldered a pigtail connector with two feet of wires to reach the left cubby for easy acces for remote batt replacement and maybe better reception.






Since I will be removing the push start and the 4x4 selector panel, I also ordered the MGM chrome delete kit.
