This is our billet aluminum housing, you can clearly see the difference.

Our billet housing should fit supercharged applications without issue! Magnuson is 30 minutes away from us!

i can see the difference for sure. was refering to the housing transfering heat better being aluminum.

It would be in a good way for heat transfer, the billet aluminum housing will disparate heat more efficiently then the plastic material.

The therm are you are using is there a 170 option? We have a lot of chatter going on about preference to 170.

You have any actual flow chart to show your designed flow better than factory?

We are just waiting to complete the full flow test report! The free flow test is an easy one. The tricky thing is completing the pressurized flow test.

There are 170° thermostats on the market. At this time we are not offering a 170° option. If you are not tuned I would recommend our high flow 180° thermostat. The use of our housing in conjunction with a high flow 180° thermostat provides better performance than a standard flow 170° thermostat.

Agreed, stock tune will throw codes and not go into full closed loop fueling properly if temps dont reach 173-183 deg.

2.5 inch lift, 285/75r16s, upgraded stereo system, Magnuson mp90 supercharger system.
Definitely interested in seeing that. I really like the idea of this and think the price is fair. I would probably already have ordered the 180 high flow if you where able to verify that it will work with a supercharger. I imagine most the supercharged guys will have some interest in this so hopefully someone gets one and can post if it works or not.

White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
Mine was ordered earlier this morning.
I have a bunch of upcoming work...Cam Sprockets, Thermostat housing, refinishing bicycle mounts in bed, making new nylon Amp Bed Extender straps, another application of CorrBan to the frame, rebuild the ICON rear shocks and no doubt more...already had the front of the bed motorcycle rack and Total Chaos bed stiffeners powdercoated, and replaced the pulleys and belt.

Truck will be 13 years old the last day of the year, so it deserves it. Want it nice for whichever grandkid winds up with it.
