Light, light, light nitro whiskey this afternoon with the pup. He did great getting his shots today, so it earned me this beer.

They don’t have my favorite wheat but I’m not ashamed to say that cider is fucking amazing. We had 32 oz canned to bring home.

You’ll probably go home via Swan Quarter or Hatteras, but if you’re taking the Cedar Island ferry home for some reason lemme know! Make sure you stop by Eduardo’s for tacos, and Ocracoke Coffee Co for breakfast.

 

$158.99 after tax. Definitely was not planning on spending as much as I did on whiskey today, but the problem is if I didn’t grab these today, I probably wouldn’t get the chance to buy them again. Part of the whiskey game in 2022 I suppose haha.

 

Oh I'm da ho alright. Selection isn't great, but then again I came from Texas where we had everything. I can reliably get my hands on all of the ECBP batches here, so that's all I really care about. I don't buy much else nowadays. I really REALLY miss the Scotch selection in Texas and auctions are all too rich for my blood nowadays even with that favorable exchange rate.

Yep he's a Berner, 14mo old and 120 pounds of raging pup hormones. I haven't had him fixed yet and lately he's been on quite a tear. Last time I was out camping in the wilderness... someone else's dog, camped a quarter mile away from us, came wandering over looking for a boyfriend. Ever since then he's had that horndog look in his eye.

Luckily today Ranger was a good boy at the vet which earned him a new toy at petsmart.

 

We're sippin' classics tonight.
