Anything like the deckplate mod for 2nd genos

    LED Headlights, Volant CAI, 32" Duratracs
    Take the entire intake pipe out, along with the air filter, and you will gain maybe 1 hp. The 2nd Gen. intake simply isn't restrictive. (I'm talking V6, like your truck has.) Even a CAI won't help unless you have forced induction.

    The I-4 benefits from having the CARB secondary intake filter ripped out. The V6 doesn't see a difference with this mod.

    The main purpose a 2nd gen CAI and 1st gen deckplate have in common is better engine note.
