You'll probably get that warning no matter what if they haven't had a chance to try the dog with children. Small humans do weird body language stuff cause they're not all there in the head yet and dogs aren't sure about that when they're also dead locked eye level with them.

Yeah its that and the fact that they can easily get knocked over and stuff when the dog is excited, with our cats she's learned to be pretty gentle or else the claws come out lol.

That said, there are some breeds where you're good no matter what. I'm pretty sure you could toss Sophia into a literal pile of Golden Retrievers and not have to worry even the slightest bit.

    Oooh lab mix

Smart breed, but it'll keep you on your toes especially with all their energy!

    It'll be exciting for sure

Yeah we're looking at a Golden rescue too but with them there's usually wait lists, more sought after. Labs too but there's a lot more of them.

Mixing labs with other doggos is good too cause they're less likely to become chonk sausages.

Yeah we're hoping with the mix she'll be smaller than a regular Lab and they'll be less hesitant with us having Sofia

This guy is gonna be so pissed once there's a dog around lol. Our other one Harley grew up with dogs at the house I lived in when I adopted him so he won't care.

There was a blind Chow in that house and she would need to be carried down the stairs. More than once I saw Harley push her down them lol.

Dude, my mom gave her some broccoli the other day. Its safe for them, but it produced the most foul odor Ive ever smelt from a living creature before.

No lie, I checked all the drains in the house to see if the traps had run dry and sewer gas was getting in. It was that bad. Gave her the runs the next morning, thankfully I took her back to my parents before work so that part was their problem haha.

She's memorized a bunch of them already and repeats them on the toilet, it's pretty funny to listen to.

He really is. I've known a few really social cats in my time but he takes the cake, has to be wherever the people are and getting attention.

That's right. MTD owns craftsman but craftsman mowers are actually made by husqvarna.. not sure about their snowblower.

My gut says cubcadet because I know the older riding mowers are better than husqvarna.
