I used bulk 3M film (bought a 6" x 6' roll). The results don't make me proud. Trying to decide if I'm going to leave it (at least for winter) or try again. Probably nobody but me would even notice. I'm only out a few bucks on the bulk film and have enough to try again. The lights are curved enough it's tough to stretch it right since I can't say I really know what I'm doing (I've done it on flatter lights before with better results). Do keep the film really wet though; otherwise it gets sticky and you will have a disaster.

3M bulk film. See more details in response to TacoYankee. I've done it on older cars after buffing the headlights to give them UV protection as otherwise they just yellow again in a year or two. This is probably unnecessary, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Nice. But I did not need to see that. I just convinced myself (and my wife) I'd done enough until spring, but now I'm tempted to keep going.

Nope. Take it back to the dealer and have them document the issue and fix it. You're still covered under warranty.

I had the same sounds. Replaced all the body mounts with poly bushings from the group buy on TW and my sound is gone.

8 hours of exhausting sound deadening. Used the R4T Black Sheep Audio kit. After some debacles with it missing pieces and instructions and not being labeled, I got all the pieces, labeled them and got a 25 page instruction book and set to work. Results:

Decently muffled. The speakers sound way louder at lower volume and much more bass, I had to turn the bass down. Less engine noise by a lot and less road noise overall though that’s still a thing no matter what. It’s no library but wife said she can hear me better. It sounds more like the sound is kept inside than anything. I used left overs on the drivers side floor/left foot rest too so that’s nice, I can actually feel that the pad is there, it’s higher up/thicker/softer. Vibrations in my foot/legs are gone, especially the one that rests against the door. Less sound escapes to the outside too. Lots of road noise becomes a low rumble instead, like the loud mini racer in front of me. Engine sound is almost gone, thought the car was off at a stop light. Still can’t hear the new “Hey Siri” listening chime though….

Edit: I’m attaching instructions for the Runnin 4 Tacos Black Sheep Audio kit since they don’t include them.

Did you buy a kit to do it, or did you put it together yourself?

Damn, dude! She's so shiny that I thought the housing for your driver's side sideview was broken. Then I realized it was the reflection of a house.

My sound deadening( in just the doors). Augmented the quietness quite a bit. Although there is a funnel effect as to where the road noise comes from now. The rear of the cab lol.

It wasn’t necessarily a ‘pain’ but just added a lot more time. When I got the bolts loosened, the gasket already separated from the bottom of the transmission so it dropped real easy. You get a lot more fluid out by doing that and removing the filter inside too.

The spark plug change was recommended maintenance in the owners manual at 60K. They didn’t look bad, only two were slightly darker than the rest. However none were burnt out or blackened.

Bought a kit from yotashop.com It was cheaper for me doing it this way. I got the optional 8' of hose instead of the standard 6'.

Yeah, the curved lights are a pain. The WeatherTech PPF was already cut, but wasn't easy (even keeping it wet) to get in on correctly. I even tried a heat gun on low to help. I may give it another try at some point.
