Finally have the new to me TC lowers installed after about 2-3 months. Had to completely rebuild them and have them powder coated. Next big mod will be gears hopefully in a year or so :bananadance:

How do they feel? Noticeably more solid driving? I have always been curious.

Feels very solid. And my alignment is actually a bit better. Only think is the clank sound I hear when I hit bumps. I know I torqued everything to spec but I'm gonna be driving the truck to work all this week to see if it possibly gets louder. The inner joint of the driver side CV was pulled out a bit while the truck was on stands for the past couple of months so I'm wondering if it just got pulled out of the diff enough to make a noise :notsure:

Check my build thread...too much to list.
I forgot to ask you if you got longer bumpstops or the spacers from TC? I ended up buying Durobumps which are a bit longer than stock.

That's gonna happen when it cools down. Broke the bolt on the bump so I have to tap that out. The bumpstop itself is being held on with JB weld :anonymous:

Gotta love it. I'll definitely say JB weld is tough stuff considering it's still holding almost 3 years later

More Pics from this past weekend taken by my buddy @VangaSTL

And on another note I hate mud more than ever. Spent about 8 hours yesterday cleaning the truck. Majority of the time was spent cleaning the undercarriage. Not mad about it because it made me be as thorough as possible considering there's spots that I haven't really cleaned in the past couple of years. Still dirty but it's WAY cleaner than it has been in a.long whileIMG_4489.jpg IMG_4484.jpg VideoCapture_20221025-082732.jpg IMG_4374.jpg IMG_4375.jpg IMG_4376.jpg IMG_4378.jpg IMG_4435.jpg

A wild sasquatch appears and it's trying to be seductive
