I was naughty and used a Diablo framing demon on my circsaw. Clamped all panels together and braced them against sawhorses and just sent it. Tin snips would have been safer and probably would have saved my ear drums from the loud popping sound of the teeth hitting the carb. Thinking now I think Festool sells a polycarb blade? Anyway, the manufacturer says to use a fine tooth blade and definitely not a framing blade.

Every time the blade starts biting into a new corrugation it smacks really loud the first few revolutions. The cut was actually really clean in the end.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I used an oscillating tool to cut mine at our old house. Warning - use hearing protection.

I'm getting strong "you should just build your structure to the size of the poly panels so you don't have to cut the damn things" vibes.

    Plastics are fun!

Polycarb is like the oak of domestic woods. It's one tough plastic.

At a previous job we had to cut down Plexiglas and Lexan for covering signage on hockey boards and Sintra for signs so I've played with plenty of plastic. :p
I helped my dad cover their deck with the roofing panels but I'm betting he just overlapped the hell out of them so he didn't have to cut anything.

The battery charger wasn’t working for my backup sump pump. While looking into the hole I see my primary pump has a lot of corrosion on it. So I replaced both with an all in 1 unit. Also put on a quite check valve. Just need to tie up the wires.

That stairwell placement hurts my head...
Do you have 2 front doors?
Why didn't they just shoot straight from the top step forward?

Ain’t nobody got time for Shakespeare. It’s a porch thingy ‘round these parts. Sometimes it’s the shootin’ porch :quickdraw:

I have always been leery of these sheds but decided to roll the dice for a few years while coming up with a new building idea to protect equipment at the family place. It took longer than expected but I chalk that up to making sure it’s assembled and anchored properly. 937050B5-8C26-45B2-AB26-92631DD00FE2.jpg5E81028C-4D47-4E13-9B64-5A8ECAE85DDC.jpg908AC73C-3AF7-4990-8BD6-4077FD771F42.jpg
