Yes! Immediate difference for sure. He's still working on them. I was one of the many trucks to test these on. He wanted to verify with multiple leaf packs.

Got ya. Yeah it may turn into something more but that's the Gist of it.

    Cool I'll check it out.

    You do the same cooler?

Pretty much... Lol having it in case is just an excuse..

Yeah same one from Mishimoto you posted about.
I looked into a few similar products and found this as the best option and includes a fan.
The thermostat is pretty slick. It's yet to turn itself on, but I did add a manual switch to override it. So far its a little overkill and work very well, just out of our summer heat to really test it out and compare to different temps.
Scan Gague2 is convenient to get my fluid temps.

Awesome. Good to hear. Will definitely hit you up when I start gathering parts then. I do need to get one of those, or take the time and set up the PIDs in Torque to read the Trans.

Here to help anytime! Install was super easy, added just shy of a quart of ATF and re checked the level after it warmed up to temp. Get the 3' of hose will be enough length if you put it up front of the condenser.

I need to just order it so I can start laying out the spot it's going to live. Wondering if there will be issues with fitment with the winch, S/C pump, etc in there.

Hey I saw you finished the Poly Tabs too.. what did you set them at? I think I saw the fronts were maxed all the way inboard. I ended up going neutral up front. How do you like it?

How far down do the new hangers sit? Ive been looking at SUA kits lately but if a small change like this will help with the ride, I could be persuaded to save a lot

There will be some clearance issues. Keep it as close as you can and it should be fine. At least with my derale with fan its splitting hairs. I hacked up some shotty mounts for now and the lower parts sticks out about 1/4 too far. For now my bumper sits lower than i want it but will go back and fix it later. Also depends on your winch. I think if you relocated the top it should be fine. I did not.

How did you wire up the switch along with the senor? I was thinking of doing the same. For now just the switch. At first mine did not kick in but after a recent romp in the desert it kicked on but shuts off pretty quick too. You could tell when the temps would start to go down fast.

Honestly, I matched the location of the old cams. Took the bolt out snapped a pic front n back and matched them. The Alignment shop didnt have any issue with them in that spot. I even gave him the other sets to play with. He adjusted the toe and said it was good to go. Should get another opinion? I was gonna ask you if you noticed and extra wear n tear on tires?
So after all the new bits up front the truck is happy and rides so much smoother! Had a chance to bounce it around looking for quail on saturday. It all seems to be just fine.

I just wired the green to my Auxbeam. Had a extra port open and they even have a sticker for it. I have noticed a huge drop in temp with the fan running. I may eliminate my stock cooler like you have.
@XPOTRPR i ahd to move my winch controler and made a quick mount on the passangre side.IMG_0082.jpg

Oof.. I didn't measure before.. but can measure now. The 1/4" drop he said has been pretty much across the board with all leaf packs.

I relocated some stuff already.. we'll see. I'll make it work.

Ahhh.. see.. I don't think you're getting the full benefits of them and the added caster(max clearance) if you just did a replacement.. Unless.. the rears were/are in fact in the max caster position (all the way outboard). Rears = max caster (outboard) and Fronts = neutral (middle).

I think I'd like to fully replace mine so it can live in that spot if possible.

Sorry, I meant below the quarter panel. Is it a new catch-point? Currently, the hitch is my rear bump. I'd rather not have the spring perch be the dragging bit.

Got ya.. I'll compare tomorrow with my coworkers 2nd gen and let you know. I think your hitch would still be the low point.

@llibrm couple photos.. hard to verify without measuring and stuff tho.. since I don't have my factory bumper and hitch anymore.

With my calibrated eye, it looks like it's about the same as the hitch. I'm judging by the mounting location of the factory hitch and estimating ~4" with the cross piece being 2".

Thanks for snagging the pic. This is much more affordable than going SUA for sure

I'd have to agree. It does look like they would be about even. The improvements are definitely worth the price point, and yeah.. substantially cheaper than SUA.

Once you have done a full SOA setup with quality parts, it’s not much more money or work to go with JD SUA kit or something similar.

For sure. If I pursue the SUA avenue, it will be from JD
