Reduced recoil 45-70... Why shoulder it when you have a perfectly good back rest on a golf cart lol. Got this one sighted in for my nephew. Moved it 3 more clicks to the right after that last shot (25 yards) and I'm calling it good

a lot of bad ass stuff
I got some much needed therapy time in the blind this morning. Last Monday my wife and I were expecting number 3. Then Tuesday we learned that we lost the baby at 16 weeks. We had the procedure to remove the baby on Friday and it was downhill from there. Complications set in and my wife had to be rushed to the ER after 11pm on Friday. She was passing out and hemorrhaging. We were finally discharged Sunday evening. my wife’s aunt stayed with us last night so I had the chance to go hunting this morning after getting my daughter ready for school. I honestly didn’t think I was going to see anything and then a saw buck cross through some deep brush and never saw it come out. Then another buck (could have been the same one) showed up. He was on the move and getting close to being out sight of my blind. I shot and he dropped instantly. So glad because I really didn’t want to track and drag. With everything that took place last week I’m grateful for this buck which is also my first buck ever. I got a good bit of meat off of him. Small 8point rack and I would consider his body decent. Today I was blessed with this Buck and my wife was able to rest and heal. It was a good day.
