    1.I would have washed it days ago if it were not for the rain today...
    2. Yeah we have yet to put a deck on.
    3. Our main plumbing pipe got clogged. Couldn't get the upstream cleanout open (the plumber stopped trying to open it as he was afraid of breaking the pipe) so we went through the lower vertical one to do the pipe jetting. It wasn't pretty...
