I have a 2006 SR5 and once I engage my 4x4 my truck pulls hard to the left and I haven't found a forum where people explain the solution. My truck has been getting worse at the end of the snow season here in Colorado and winters coming and need my 4x4 to be reliable again. Also, my steering on highways feels like its floating and whenever there's grooves in the road, my steering pulls to either direction which I believe the cause is a bad steering rack.

    So far, I repaired:
    -Actuator
-Replaced both front hubs & bearings
-Soon to replace my steering Rack (rack & Pinion) by a shop because I don't feel like going through that process myself.

Have you had the alignment checked? Certain tires to tend to follow the grooves on the road more than others. This is most likely related to the alignment and tires.

Tried getting my alignment done a few months back but the mechanic said my steering rack is so bad they can't do an alignment.

All 4 tires the same size? And with close to the same miles on them. You should replace all 4 tires at the same time on a 4X4 and with 4 identical tires. Even if they are the same size, a different manufacturer or tire model could be a different diameter. Especially if some of them have quite a few miles on them and others are new. Tires get smaller as they wear. A difference in tire diameter could cause this.

What does that mean? Steering rack is bad? Is it bent? Is it frozen, so they can’t adjust your toe? I think that would be a good place to start.

So just a recap, I had my Steering Rack / Rack & Pinion replaced from my local mechanic and was able test out my 4x4 in some recent snow here in Colorado and my truck feels great. It doesn't pull either direction, my 4x4 engages and disengages smoothly.
