Mike just got back to me, and it is too late to get a picture of the cylinders because the engine is already partially reassembled. The head gasket was in fact bad between two cylinders, which is likely why the engine was misfiring. Looks like the head did not get warped, and I will be getting my truck back in time for trick-or-treat night!

 

Which means I can park it in my driveway and crank Tocata and Fugue in D Minor on Halloween Night! In case you didn't know, that's the dracula music; I cannot leave the stereo running off just the battery or else it drains...

 

My parents have been together since 1981 and married since 1988; I was born in 1989. They have only owned two 4-door sedans since getting married, a 1990 Toyota Camry LE and a 2008 Acura TL. There was also the 1987 Mercedes 300E that my dad requisitioned from my grandma in 2003 with the hopes of fixing up, but ultimately decided not too. Anyway, putting stuff in the legit trunk of a legit sedan is a fairly foreign concept to me; I've stocked up on Halloween candy though!

For real? Interesting.

 

I'd rather have this than a Ford or a Hyundai...

I have been expecting something like that after the success of the Maverick.

 

The big question is, how much EV technology is it going to have?
Hybrid or Full EV?

I don’t think I’m ready to make the transition to full EV.
I also don’t think our countrys power infrastructure is ready for it.

Easy to work on, note the fuse panel in the inner fender.



Accommodations are a bit spartan.

 

Great looking but enormous.
Remember whatever you buy you also have to heat, cool, clean, insure and pay taxes on. Big places cost big dollars.
