I think we quibbling over semantics...I emailed the seller complaining that they fell off. In my mind that's pretty much the same as "checking with the seller".

 

The caps are domed to match and what you're seeing are the guide holes for the OEM logos plus your seeing a ghost image from where they were. The surface is completely smooth so any good adhesive would work. It was my impression other Tacoma owners are buying these aftermarket caps so I'm guessing there's a substantial difference in quality, at least of the adhesive as the caps look great.

Yep I purchased a Maverick that I had ordered over a year ago. Signed the papers to purchase it then signed papers to sell it back to the dealer. I owned it for maybe 15 minutes. Walked out with a check. Can't wait till those 2 Bronco's I've had ordered for 2 years get built!!!

 

Starting taking roof rack stuff off for winter prep but I got no pictures of that so here’s a before with some nice Fall colors lol

 

I'd probably just go buy some 3M automotive tape and remove the crap adhesive and put that on. Should work fine after that.

Installed my winter wheels and tires. Duratrac LT245/75R16. I had the Toyota steelies powder coated, although it might be just a bit early I plan to get the truck rustproofed sooner rather than later.
