Mine came with the inner tie rods attached. I'll get a pic later and any measurements needed and maybe you can help me get the machined spacer?

Hope you know ODOT is putting down salt brine on our highways now. We will have rusted out trucks like everyone else soon. Pisses me off, was one of the worst things when I was on the East coast.

Wish there was a way to get them to switch back to just cinders.

My factory rack was a hotdog in a hallway too. @Airdog fixed her right up. Tight like a tiger again.

Here is what mine looks like. Looks pretty similar. Who can I work with to get that spacer made?

Looks like about 2mm gap. I am pretty positive I got a new oem rack unless the part center lied to my face..

I can’t find the video for the life of me so I hope others have seen it, but I picture you that jeep like that FJ in the snow who was hammering it and bounced off the trail into a tree, deploying the airbag.

Yeah this we think the quick release on the steering wheel malfunctioned and the wheel popped off. Can’t avoid a tree with no steering wheel. Luckily this was like the last 1/2 mile before we were back on pavement so we were starting to slow down and take it easy. But he still clipped it doing about 30

Yeah driver and passenger were fine. Glad they didn’t roll. Busted wheel, bent shock shaft, brake rotor, unit bearing, and inner and outer C for the axle housing. Car was flying with a proper shock tune finally. 10-15mph faster through the rough stuff than I thought it would be so this was just a bummer way to end the testing session

That said I think I’m finally back to the sweet spot for the rear of my truck. It was finally feeling good again. Time to start messing with the front to get a little more out of that again

My shocks will be headed to king in a couple of weeks. Biting the bullet on converting all 4 to true bypasses. Probably going to hate my life, but it’s a toy now and there is a solution to the noise if I can’t handle it.

Going to run around 250$ per shock, which really isn’t terrible imo. Hopefully it’s worth it.

My seats also shipped, so not much longer and the cage work will start.

Pulled my front skid to change the oil today. Front diff is rapidly discharging oil again. :annoyed: Big bummer. Gonna clean it up and try to figure out why it’s leaking for the 3rd year in a row. Anyone have issues with the threaded clips walking? For some reason I can’t get the skid to line up.

I drilled the holes a bit larger and run some bigger washers. Havent had any issues even with the skid being bent

Yeah that’s what I was gonna try when I get home. The back two holes seem too tight. Can’t get the bolts to thread on straight.

More pissed that the diff is leaking again.
