    I'm not a whiskey connoisseur, so maybe you all can help me find the word I'm looking for. I am stuck on 101 Wild Turkey. I have had a lot of different bottles in the $15-70 range, and WT (has to be 101- the 80 does not have the same quality) has something I have not experienced anywhere else...I think it might be peatiness?? It kind of an earthy, slightly bitter quality. Am I on the right track?
