    Good afternoon, MD peeps!

    Another yucky morning, it was fun hooking up the trailer this morning. I found that the 2 2x10x16's for the joist beam were both cut with tapers in them, one is 1/4" and the other is just about 1/2" difference in width from end to end. It makes me wonder who is running the machines at the mills. It's off to Lowes right after work to get some new pieces, then return the crappy stuff back to the lumberyard in Hanover tomorrow.

    184 miles round trip today for 2 doctors appointments. Living far from civilization has its downfalls but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm glad to be back on the mountain. Just took my pup for a run. Now she's passed out on the porch lol.

    I had a mri yesterday and a consultation with my surgeon today. Mri shows that I have a "re-herniated" disc against the nerves. Surgeon showed me a comparison of the mri before the surgery and yesterday's mri. The disc isn't protruding against the nerves like it was before the surgery but there is pressure. I start physical therapy friday. All my years of weight lifting & doin stupid shit is catching up with me. Surprisingly over the past week and a half the pain has lessened a good bit, no constant pain like before. Your always welcomed to come up to visit, camp too if you like.

    That or a new Land Cruiser was actually my first choice before the Taco. Then I started talking monthly payments… and well, that thought ended. Lol. Hopefully you can get a decent interest rate… last I looked USAA was around 3.9 on new vehicles. I’m think average rate right now is around 7.9 (ugh)! And that’s new, used rates are even higher.

    Anything else you may have for sale? Sadly I just dropped the JL Stealth kit into mine.
