That’s rough. I keep saying I’m gonna do it but never have. With that kind of wait I guess I need to go ahead now

    happy stamp day!

Its best to just do it and then try to forget about it until you’re notified you’ve been approved. (Admittedly easier said than done)

I’m so torn because I wanna get another can but we’re trying to buy a house in the next few months and I don’t wanna deal with address change crap with a can pending. I might just wait till we buy and then put the can in jail as a housewarming gift to myself.

I was expecting about 14 months so I’m stoked!

That sucks, it may help slightly that this was my 9th or 10th stamp in the past few years…

    Thanks!
The housewarming gift sounds like a good idea, what can are you thinking of going with?

I’m still shopping but have been leaning toward a dead air wolfman lately.

It’ll primarily live on my MP5 clone. Im torn between getting the wolfman which is a 9mm PCC can than can handle high velocity 5.56 and 300 rifle rounds as well or getting a 45 pistol can that I could use on the MP5 and my HK45. I’m sure I’ll have both eventually, just debating if I’d rather have something more rifle/PCC or pistol oriented first.

Now that I have rifle cans (Recce 5, Resonator K, now the Bushwacker, and I also have an Explorr .300 pending) my Optimus stays in tri-lug on the MP5 clone, way more fun to shoot than a traditional handgun suppressed.

That totally makes sense. That’s why I’m leaning more toward a PCC can than can handle rifles. I feel like I’d throw a pistol can on my 45 a handful of times for the novelty of it and then it would just live on the MP5.

If silencerco does another bogo debacle I might be tempted to get an Omega 9k and Octane 45 but the 9k wouldn’t be my first choice if paying full price.

I would tend to agree with your assessment.
I’m not a SiCo fan, good warranty, good marketing, glad they’re pushing to make suppressors common, but most of their designs are “meh” IMO, the omega 9K is definitely one of the “BOGO” circumstance cans for me.

Thanks man, that's why the Taco never gets the lift I promised her. lol

You must have shot the XC. This one was $2500...Staccato P...geared more towards duty use while the XC is geared towards competition.

I doubt I would buy it, just like seeing different ideas. Glocks seem to be able to do everything now a days. I have yet to own a Glock though.

Has anyone converted their MysticX to an Infinity X?

$465 is not chump change for a few oz weight difference.

I usually carry a CZ P07 or a Sig P938. The CZ is probably my favorite. I got a few others, but those are my go toos. Some times I just like a good old snub nose resolver.

So glad I'm done with the majority of upgrades for my truck. The amount of coin I dropped into it was ridiculous. Pretty much every other hobby went completely by the wayside during that timeline.

That's why I said "majority of upgrades" lol. It's true it's a never-ending process, but all the major stuff is complete and truck is in really solid place, so I don't feel a pressing need to immediately finish the rest except when I feel like it.

I was just giving you a hard time.

I've had my truck 7 years, all the big stuff is done, and I still have a list of "little" things to do.

Of course, I also have two 10/22s I want to re-barrel...
