Cleaned MAF and checked what hoses I could.
The code says system too lean but no other info.
I read that the freeze frame data could help narrow things down but I don't know how to read that data.

Where do I go from here?

The most common cause of that code would be a air leak after the mass air flow sensor I would would start by checking for a air leak next common cause would be a o2 sensor issue

Thank you. That seems like a bunch of hoses.... Ill see what I can find.
The code does not give a bank so what o2 sensor should be fun to find...

P0174 is a bank 2 code that is the drives side on a Tacoma with a 3.5. typically it’s going to be a upstream o2 if it’s a 02 sensor issue, without the fancy tools the easiest way the find a intake leak is going to be spraying something like brake cleaner around the area you suspect the leak to be coming from and when the engine draws in the brake clean the rpm’s with raise a tad if you do go that route just be careful where you are spraying it and use the straw that comes with the can to be more pin point with the spray

How many miles on the truck? I think sensors are good for 100k and you should change both when one goes bad. Both fronts or rears at the same time.

Not sure what that code is for exactly, but when it comes to intake leaks, I start the engine and spray carb or throttle body cleaner around the MAF or hoses going to the intake and listen for the idle speed to change.....

I thought it might be that. I have seen it loose once, but ever since I make sure to always double and tipple check it.
I understand that those can go bad as well. There is a seal in them that can go bad over time and cause a small leak. I might order a new one and see what that does.

I have a 2015 TRD Sport and have this same code. I was low on gas (empty light was on) and filled up. When I went to start the truck immediately after gassing up, itdidn’t want to start. I tried three times and on the third try, it finally turned over with the help of a little gas. Got home ok and it started fine the next three times. But on my next trip the check engine light and TRAC OFF light came on and it throws the P0174 code. Any ideas what this is?

That code is for a system too lean bank #2.
I’d probably look at a scanner and see if both sides are lean.
    Then go from there.

It only says bank 2 on the scanner. Because I just put gas in, I’m wondering if it’s fuel filter? I put a can of sea foam in. Would you reset codes/ check engine light and see if they come back on?

    I had this error before.

Removing the driver side O2 sensor and re-installing it with copper anti-seize fixed the issue, and just in case I did it to the passenger side too.

It has been 3 years and has not popped up, I have even changed out my Y-pipes twice since then.

I had issues with evap canister purge valves on another car line that would have the same symptoms. I would verify by checking to see if the valve would hold vacuum and if it didn’t it would get replaced. Checking fuel trims and pinching off the hose to the purge valve would work also.
