    If it helps we have ordered O&H kringle & eclairs from Racine and shipped to New Mexico before, works just fine. I'm sure some cookies from Ashland to Illinois won't have any trouble. Those cookies appear to use a high flour content and because of that I'd bet they use lard/shortening which likely keeps them preserved longer anyways.
