South trail is doable in a stock truck (I did it). But, you’re gonna get some scuffs and scratches and dings. North trail is harder I think. I wouldn’t mind doing south trail in a group if one forms.

Everything is pretty doable and for the most part the roads are wide enough to turn around. As mentioned by @MaverickT883 he did the south trail completely stock. I recall the north trail being okay to the boat launch but to the tracks it’s a bit more rough for stock. Feel it out and worst case someone will turn around with ya.

Spotter is key if you’re stock. Biggest issue is watching to make sure you don’t smash the shit out of the rockers on the occasional technincal section. If you plan on going on south trail, do it with someone experienced like @tacoma16, @Norilsk , @3JOH22A to name a few, which is what I did and I came out with one singular dent. I did it on stock tires even (and will be doing it again).

If need be I’ll run the south trail again. Let the wife drive my truck.

You are just setting her up so when your truck breaks you can blame her.

Yeah not sure who will be running the south trail. I’ll run it and help out spotting/pulling people out, but I’ve got no sense of direction so I definitely need someone more experienced to lead

I'll be leaving District 6ix Friday morning, rolling in around 2:30.

Bring firewood! Temps will get down to zero early Friday morning. +2C early Saturday morning. However no rain forecasted. :D

i am gonna be rolling in saturday morning with a couple jeeps in tow. be sure to ask the cigar hero what happened to his gladiator and then sit back and enjoy the epic shitty jeep reliability story.

hopefully the trail runs aren't going out too early for us to join (10-11am?) although probably doesnt matter anyway cause everyone seems to want to do the easy 101 route :notsure:.

I’ll roll in whenever on Friday. Anyone up for a little convoy? I’m leaving from alliston but we could meet @ Barrie on route.

perfect timing and location to meet up with my convoy... and the best part is we are going to hit Anson North first and then head up to Ardbeg after. everyone is welcome.
