your hourly though, so that would make sense how yall get paid. Im on salary so my pay is set outside my bonuses that i get in Aug and Feb

Even our managers(they're on salary) get paid the same day we do. Salary in a hospital setting wouldn't work for me. Some managers work a shit ton more than the "40" the get paid for...............now some hardly work 30

Thats what I used as well. I wasn't happy with the end result.

 

I get a check every Thursday

 

I put new axles under this trailer last week 7500 pounders told them the tires I have are going to be too tall and hit the fender they didn’t believe me till they loaded a Tele handler on top of it now guess what I’m doing

 

I do miss those weekly checks sometimes, Last machine shop I worked at paid on Tuesdays. Always thought that was weird.
