@Nic S is coming over tomorrow and we tackling his frame. Gonna get it back in good shape and do a body mount chop.

 

I'll be sitting at work.

 

Man I really need to do a CMC I'm tired of hearing it rub lol.

 

If someone would give me the general shape that needs cut out to plate it. I could cut a whole bunch of them out with my Plasma table.

 

I need to adjust my front up about 1/2" and do the ECGS bearing.

 

Brian should let you be his source for CMC's

 

I made an excel spread sheet that list out everything to rebuild my front end. By rebuild I mean pull it in the shop and replace everything but the rack and the diff. I'm up to about $2500 with SPC uppers and 6112's.

 

For what it is, doesn't seem too bad.

 

I cut them by hand with my bandsaw table, that would be dope. I could cut one and send it to you.

 

That was why I asked what thickness plate you used a while back. Then it slipped my mind lol. Send me one and I will draw it up.

Well the search continues. It's mine if I want it but the pay offered was 25,400 less than the salary I had. Basically an entry level position and I'm over qualified. It's 13,000 less than the company I worked for where I hated it. At least they were honest that they can't afford me.

 

Man that sucks but at least they were honest up front and didn't drag you along.

 

Just carpenter stuff. Super close to getting this show actually built on schedule!

 

I agree. I'll take it as a last resort. The folks there were really laid back. Great atmosphere. I was a bit bummed out over it but I'll keep searching.
