yup owners manual says under 50mph which if you are flipping from 2-4 while moving you probably arent moving that fast anyways.

I hooked it to my new build to take it camping. Trailer is finally road worthy. Need to finish up some wiring on the inside, build some drawers, and complete the water pump next spring but it is road worthy, keeps the fridge running, and charges the battery with some lights.

Now that the trailer is getting stored for the winter I can finally replace my 5100/887 with the 6112/650lb sitting in a box at the back of the garage and finally replace the ABS wires I stretched before the roads get slick and I need that ABS.

100km/h or 62 mph is what the 08 manual says to go into H4, you can go out of 4wd at any speed.

Procedure listing for an automatic has the same procedure.

I would be nervous as hell going in and out of 4WD at 60mph!!

My truck doesn't like going out of 4WD when I'm not moving, pretty good clunk for some reason

Never been an issue for me. Driving across the state going in and out of snow/compacted snow/ice on a fairly well maintained 60-65mph highway.

Once you're in 4WD you can pretty much go whatever speed you can go, within reason. I probably wouldn't exceed 75mph in 4WD myself, but at 75mph, I shouldn't be in a situation where 4WD is a hard requirement. But yes, the engineers designed the interrupt to be reliably functional up to 50mph. Beyond that, switching into and out of 4WD, you take your diffs into your own hands. :D

Oil change and replaced air filters. Went with a washable intake filter with desert season upon us. Also installed a pair of SSC2 White Combos for the US Offroad bumper I recently installed.

I like the intake set up and with the exception of the afe scoop I have all the parts. How does it hold up off road? I'm thinking of relocating my current intake from my fender.

Anyone have any experience with Danaport.com? Some of their pricing is too good to be true. $117 for a part that is $147 everywhere else.
